CALL TO ORDER:
The May Annual Choir 2018 Meeting of Northwest Choral Society was held on May 19th, 2018 at the St. Raymond of Penafort Catholic Church, 301 S. I Oka Ave. Mt. Prospect, IL. The meeting was called to order at 1:32 PM by NWCS President Penny Perles. The following board members were present:

Karl Dahlstrom Penny Perles
David Hitch Diane Szuberla
Noreen LaValle Kristie Webb-Williams
Also Present: Lori Mackie
TICKETS and CONCERT ATTENDANCE:
- Diane presented her report on the December 2017 and April 2018 concert ticket sales and attendance.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
- Noreen LaValle presented the NWCS budget and expense report for this season.
NEW BUSINESS:
- The choir’s Annual Support Fund raised $5,435.
- David Hitch will be leaving the NWCS board.
- The following members are nominated to serve on the board from June 2018 to May 2020

- Mary Jane Matecki
- Diane Szuberla
- Kristie Webb-Williams
- Angela Carlson
- and introducing Greg Park
A motion was made to accept the individuals nominated to the board by Burrell. The motion was seconded by Hillary. The motion passed.
- The board thanked the Search Committee and Lori Mackie for all their help with the artistic director search.
- The after concert party will be held June 12th at Giacomo’s.
- After speaking with Potbelly, the Potbelly fundraiser raised $230.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Board Meeting was adjourned at 1:50 PM by a motion from Noreen LaValle and a second from Mary Jane Matecki. The motion passed.
